Ligue 1 (Week 27) : Lorient beats Bastia 2-0
FRANCE, Feb. 28, 2015 (AMP) — Ligue 1 / Match day 27: After their 1-1 draw against Lyon on February 15, Lorient returned to winning ways with a 2-0 victory over Bastia this Saturday.
Lorient dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by defender François Bellugou in the 16th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Lorient players further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Bruno with just 5 minutes remaining in regulation time.
Bastia are down in 13rd place with 33 points from 27 games, one point behind OGC Nice, which has a game in hand.
