FRANCE, Jan. 16, 2016 (AMP) — Ligue 1 / Match day 21: Two wins in a row for Bordeaux. After their 0-1 win against Montpellier on January 9, Bordeaux continued their sensational form in the Ligue 1 with a 1-0 victory over Lille this Saturday.
Lille made Bordeaux doubt themselves for forty-five minutes. 0-0 at half time. Everything was decided in the second period with a saving goal by Malian forward Cheick Diabaté in the 51st minute.
Bordeaux climbed to 9th place with 29 points from 21 games, tie on points with Saint-Etienne, which has a game in hand.
