Ligue 1 (Week 21) : Monaco beats Lorient 2-0
FRANCE, Jan. 17, 2016 (AMP) — Ligue 1 / Match day 21: After their 0-0 draw against Troyes on January 9 and 2-2 draw against GFC Ajaccio on January 9, Monaco returned to winning ways with a 2-0 victory over Lorient this Sunday.
Lorient made the Monacos doubt themselves for forty-five minutes. 0-0 at half time. Everything was settled in the second period with goals by Lemar ('53) and Moutinho ('57).
AS Monaco climbed to second place with 36 points from 21 games, 21 points behind Paris Saint-Germain.
