Mario Balotelli scored dual goals
Nice dominated the first half thanks to goals from Baysse ('17) and Balotelli ('30). Leading 2-0 at the break, Nice players further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Balotelli '68 and Pléa '86).
OGC Nice climbed to first place with 14 points from 6 games, one point ahead of runner-up Paris Saint-Germain.
