Ligue 1 (Week 16) : Montpellier beats PSG 3-0
FRANCE, Dec. 3, 2016 (AMP) — Ligue 1 / Match day 16: After five straigth victories against Lille, Rennes, Nantes, Lyon and Angers, PSG lost 3-0 against Montpellier.
Montpellier dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by midfielder Paul Lasne in the 42nd minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Montpellier players further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Skhiri '48 and Boudebouz '80).
Paris Saint-Germain remains in second place with 35 points from 16 games, one point behind OGC Nice, which has a game in hand.
