Ligue 1 (Week 31) : PSG beats Metz 3-2
FRANCE, Apr. 18, 2017 (AMP) — Ligue 1 / Match day 31: 7 wins in a row for PSG. After their success against Marseille, Nancy, Lorient, Lyon, Guingamp and Angers, PSG continued their sensational form in the Ligue 1 with a 3-2 victory over Metz this Tuesday.
Blaise Matuidi scored dual goals
PSG dominated the first half thanks to goals from Cavani ('33) and Matuidi ('36). Leading 2-0 at the break, PSG players further widened their lead in the second period with another goal by Matuidi in stoppage time.
Paris Saint-Germain remains in second place with 77 points from 33 games, tie on points with AS Monaco, which has a game in hand.
