Ligue 1 (Week 35) : Metz beats Nancy 2-1
FRANCE, Apr. 29, 2017 (AMP) — Ligue 1 / Match day 35: After losing 2-3 to PSG on April 22 and 5-1 to Lorient on April 22, Metz returned to winning ways with a 2-1 victory over Nancy this Saturday.
Sarr Ismaila opened the score in the 28th minute, before seeing Nancy catch up in the 41st minute thanks to Maouassa Faitout. 1-1 at half time. Metz eventually won the game in the second period with with a goal by Falette in the 53rd minute.
Metz remains in 15th place with 39 points from 35 games, tie on points with Angers SCO.
