Ligue 1 (Week 36) : Monaco beats Nancy 3-0
FRANCE, May. 6, 2017 (AMP) — Ligue 1 / Match day 36: 9 wins in a row for Monaco. After their success against Guingamp, Nantes, Bordeaux, Caen, Angers, Dijon, Lyon and Toulouse, Monaco continued their sensational form in the Ligue 1 with a 3-0 victory over Nancy this Saturday.
Monaco dominated the first half thanks to goals from Badila Tobias ('3 own) and Silva ('40). Leading 2-0 at the break, Monaco players further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Lemar with just 4 minutes remaining in regulation time.
AS Monaco remains in first place with 86 points from 35 games, a 3-point lead over runner-up Paris Saint-Germain.
