Ligue 1 (Week 36) : PSG defeats Bastia 5-0
FRANCE, May. 6, 2017 (AMP) — Ligue 1 / Match day 36: After losing 3-1 to Nice on April 30, PSG returned to winning ways with a 5-0 victory over Bastia this Saturday.
Edinson Cavani scored dual goals
PSG dominated the first half thanks to goals from Lucas ('32) and Verratti ('35). Leading 2-0 at the break, PSG players further widened their lead in the second period by scoring three times (Cavani '76, '89 and Marquinhos '83).
Paris Saint-Germain remains in second place with 83 points from 36 games, tie on points with AS Monaco, which has two games in hand.
