Ligue 1 (Week 37) : Monaco beats Lille 4-0
FRANCE, May. 14, 2017 (AMP) — Ligue 1 / Match day 37: 10 wins in a row for Monaco. After their success against Guingamp, Nantes, Bordeaux, Caen, Angers, Dijon, Lyon, Toulouse and Nancy, Monaco continued their sensational form in the Ligue 1 with a 4-0 victory over Lille this Sunday.
Radamel Falcao scored dual goals
Monaco dominated the first half thanks to goals from Falcao ('6) and Silva ('45). Leading 2-0 at the break, Monaco players further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Falcao '69 and Alonso Junior '88/own).
AS Monaco remains in first place with 89 points from 36 games, a 3-point lead over runner-up Paris Saint-Germain.
