FRANCE, May. 14, 2017 (AMP) — Ligue 1 / Match day 37: Three wins in a row for Lyon. After their success against Angers and Nantes, “Les Gones” continued their sensational form in the Ligue 1 with a 3-1 victory over Montpellier this Sunday.
Alexandre Lacazette scored dual goals
Lyon dominated the first half thanks to goals from Fekir ('17) and Lacazette ('22). Leading 2-1 at the break, “Les Gones” further widened their lead in the second period with another goal by Lacazette in stoppage time.
Olympique Lyonnais remains in fourth place with 64 points from 37 games, 13 points behind OGC Nice.
