FRANCE, Nov. 29, 2017 (AMP) — Ligue 1 / Match day 15: Two wins in a row for Marseille. After their 1-0 win against Guingamp on November 26, Marseille continued their sensational form in the Ligue 1 with a 3-0 victory over Metz this Wednesday.
Marseille dominated the first half thanks to goals from Thauvin ('19) and Luiz Gustavo ('37). Leading 2-0 at the break, Marseille players further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Ocampos in the 71st minute.
Olympique de Marseille climbed to second place with 31 points from 15 games, 7 points behind Paris Saint-Germain, which has a game in hand.
