FRANCE, Sep. 20, 2016 (AMP) — Ligue 2 / Match day 8: After their 1-1 draw against Valenciennes on September 16, Ajaccio returned to winning ways with a 2-0 victory over Auxerre this Tuesday.
Ajaccio dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Gapka Marvin in the 2nd minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Ajaccio players further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Maazou Moussa in the 74th minute.
AC Ajaccio climbed to 8th place with 11 points from 8 games, tie on points with Valenciennes FC.
