Ligue 2 (Week 8) : Le Havre and Brest play out 1-1 draw
FRANCE, Sep. 20, 2016 (AMP) — Ligue 2 / Match day 8: Brest was held to a 1-1 draw by Le Havre on Tuesday.
Brest players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Brest defender Alexandre Coeff in the 45th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Le Havre with a saving goal from Le Havre forward Mathieu Duhamel in the 70th minute.
Stade Brest are down in second place with 15 points from 8 games, one point behind Reims.
