Ligue 2 (Week 13) : Nimes defeats Valenciennes 3-2
FRANCE, Oct. 28, 2016 (AMP) — Ligue 2 / Match day 13: After three straigth draws, the Crocodiles bounced back with a 3-2 victory over Valenciennes this Friday.
Sissoko Slimane scored dual goals
Valenciennes had started off well by taking the lead in the 21st minute with a goal by Da Costa Nuno. Trailing 1-0 at half time, the Crocodiles nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring three times in the second period (Sissoko Slimane '65, '76 and Kouakou '72).
Nimes Olympique climbed to 8th place with 18 points from 13 games, tie on points with Lens, which has a game in hand.
