FRANCE, Sep. 16, 2016 (AMP) — Ligue 2 / Match day 7: Two wins in a row for Nimes. After their 1-3 win against Niort on September 9, the Crocodiles continued their sensational form in the Ligue 2 with a 3-1 victory over Tours this Friday.
Rachid Alioui scored dual goals
Nimes dominated the first half thanks to goals from Maouche Mohamed ('8 own) and Alioui ('38). Leading 2-1 at the break, the Crocodiles further widened their lead in the second period with another goal by Alioui in the 71st minute.
Nimes Olympique climbed to 12nd place with 8 points from 7 games, tie on points with Lens.
