Ligue 2 (Week 6) : Amiens defeats Tours 3-1
FRANCE, Sep. 9, 2016 (AMP) — Ligue 2 / Match day 6: Four wins in a row for Amiens SC. After their success against Niort, Lens and Nimes, Amiens SC continued their sensational form in the Ligue 2 with a 3-1 victory over Tours this Friday.
Amiens SC dominated the first half thanks to goals from Charrier Charly ('21) and Tinhan Jonathan ('44). Leading 2-0 at the break, Amiens SC players further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Kamara in stoppage time.
Amiens Sporting Club climbed to first place with 13 points from 6 games, one point ahead of runner-up Reims.
