Ligue 2 (Week 6) : Reims beats GFC Ajaccio 2-0
FRANCE, Sep. 9, 2016 (AMP) — Ligue 2 / Match day 6: After their 1-1 draw against Tours on August 26, Reims bounced back with a 2-0 victory over GFC Ajaccio this Friday.
Reims dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by forward Gaëtan Charbonnier in the 7th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Reims players further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Kyei Grejohn with just 4 minutes remaining in regulation time.
Reims climbed to second place with 12 points from 6 games, only one point behind Amiens Sporting Club.
