Ligue 2 (Week 6) : RCS beats Troyes 2-0
FRANCE, Sep. 12, 2016 (AMP) — Ligue 2 / Match day 6: After their 1-1 draw against Nimes on August 26 and 1-1 draw against GFC Ajaccio on August 26, RC Strasbourg returned to winning ways with a 2-0 victory over Troyes this Monday.
RC Strasbourg dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Bahoken Stephane in the 25th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, RC Strasbourg players further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Lienard Dimitri in stoppage time.
RC Strasbourg Alsace climbed to second place with 12 points from 6 games, only one point behind Amiens Sporting Club.
