Ligue 2 (Week 33) : Tours beats Sochaux 3-1
FRANCE, Apr. 14, 2017 (AMP) — Ligue 2 / Match day 33: After their 1-1 draw against Brest on April 7, TFC returned to winning ways with a 3-1 victory over Sochaux this Friday.
Sochaux opened the score in the score in the 18th minute thanks to Thuram Marcus, before Tours regained the advantage with Konate Ibrahima ('31 own) and Bennacer Ismael ('42). Leading 2-1 at the break, TFC further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Bouanga in stoppage time.
FC Sochaux-Montbeliard remains in 11st place with 42 points from 33 games, 2 points behind Le Havre AC.
