Ligue 2 (Week 33) : GFC Ajaccio and Clermont play to a 4-4 draw
FRANCE, Apr. 14, 2017 (AMP) — Ligue 2 / Match day 33: The match between GFC Ajaccio and Clermont ended in a 4-4 draw on Friday.
GFC Ajaccio players started off well by taking the lead thanks to goals by Hountondji ('25), Maah ('39) and Ducourtioux ('43) while Clermont only scored once Caddy Dorian ('32). However, even though they were leading 3-1 at half time, and despite Kemen goal ('72) in the second period, they could not prevent a comeback by Clermont with goals by Pereira Mathias ('48), Ajorque Ludovic ('56) and Caddy Dorian ('85).
Gazelec Ajaccio climbed to 9th place with 45 points from 33 games, 2 points behind Chamois Niortais FC.
