FRANCE, Oct. 14, 2017 (AMP) — Ligue 2 / Match day 11: After a 3-2 victory over Lorient on October 2, HAC lost 3-0 against Clermont.
Clermont dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by forward N Daye Alassane in the 27th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Clermont players further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Pereira Lage Mathias '84 and Douline David '90).
Clermont Foot climbed to fourth place with 20 points from 11 games, only one point behind Stade Brest.
