Ligue 2 (Week 11) : Nimes beats Orleans 4-1
FRANCE, Oct. 13, 2017 (AMP) — Ligue 2 / Match day 11: After losing 1-5 to Niort on September 29 and 2-1 to Paris FC on September 29, the Crocodiles returned to winning ways with a 4-1 victory over Orleans this Friday.
Rachid Alioui scored dual goals
Nimes dominated the first half thanks to goals from Bozok Umut ('4) and Alioui ('21). Leading 2-1 at the break, the Crocodiles further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Alioui '63 and Thioub '79).
Nimes Olympique climbed to 6th place with 19 points from 11 games, tie on points with Le Havre AC, which has a game in hand.
