Ligue 2 (Week 13) : Clermont and Ajaccio play out 1-1 draw
FRANCE, Oct. 28, 2017 (AMP) — Ligue 2 / Match day 13: Ajaccio was held to a 1-1 draw by Clermont on Saturday.
Clermont players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Pereira Lage Mathias in the 24th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Ajaccio with a saving goal from Ajaccio forward Riad Nouri on penalty in the 90th minute.
AC Ajaccio remains in second place with 27 points from 13 games, 3 points behind Reims.
