MLS : Colorado defeats Vancouver 2-0
UNITED STATES, Aug. 6, 2016 (AMP) — MLS: After losing 5-1 to New York City on July 30, the Rapids returned to winning ways with a 2-0 victory over Vancouver Whitecaps this Saturday.
The Colorado Rapids dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Hairston Marlon in the 44th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Rapids further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Badji Dominique in the 60th minute.
the Colorado Rapids remains in second place with 41 points from 22 games, 3 points behind FC Dallas.
