MLS : Chicago Fire beats Montreal 3-0
CANADA, Aug. 20, 2016 (AMP) — MLS: After their 2-2 draw against Orlando City on August 14, the Men in Red bounced back with a 3-0 victory over Montreal Impact this Saturday.
Chicago Fire dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Solignac Luis in the 15th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Men in Red further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Accam David '73 and Polster Matt '89).
Montreal Impact remains in 10th place with 33 points from 24 games, one point behind Philadelphia Union.
