MLS : Philadelphia hold Montreal to 1-1

UNITED STATES, Sep. 10, 2016 (AMP) — MLS: The match between Philadelphia Union and Montreal Impact ended in a 1-1 draw on Saturday.

Philadelphia Union players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Barnetta Tranquillo in the 45th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Montreal Impact with a saving goal from Mancosu Matteo in the 88th minute.

Philadelphia Union remains in 8th place with 41 points from 29 games, 2 points behind New York Red Bulls, which has a game in hand.
