PORT MORESBY, May. 29, 2016 (AMP) — Papua New Guinea 2016 : Tahiti defeated Samoa by a big score of 4-0 (halftime: 4-0), in a OFC Nations Cup group stage game on Sunday night at the Sir John Guise Stadium in Port Moresby.
T. Tehau scored dual goals
All the action happened in the first half, with goals from T. Tehau ('2, '5), Chong Hue ('15) and A. Tehau ('39).
The result put the Tahitians top of Group A with 3 points. In their next game, Tahiti will meet second-placed Papua New Guinea at the Sir John Guise Stadium on June 1, while Samoa will face New Caledonia.
