ENGLAND, Jan. 2, 2016 (AMP) — Premier League / Match day 20: Two wins in a row for Arsenal. After their 2-0 win against Bournemouth on December 28, the Gunners continued their sensational form in the Premier League with a 1-0 victory over Newcastle this Saturday.
Newcastle made Arsenal doubt themselves for forty-five minutes. 0-0 at half time. Everything was settled in the second period with a saving goal by French defender Laurent Koscielny in the 72nd minute.
Arsenal remains in first place with 42 points from 20 games, a 2-point lead over runner-up Leicester City.
