Premier League (Week 20) : West Ham beats Liverpool 2-0
ENGLAND, Jan. 2, 2016 (AMP) — Premier League / Match day 20: Two wins in a row for West Ham. After their 2-1 win against Southampton on December 28, the Hammers continued their sensational form in the Premier League with a 2-0 victory over Liverpool this Saturday.
West Ham dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by midfielder Michail Antonio in the 10th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Hammers further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Carroll in the 55th minute.
West Ham United climbed to fifth place with 32 points from 20 games, 3 points behind Tottenham Hotspur, which has a game in hand.
