ENGLAND, Dec. 30, 2015 (AMP) — Premier League / Match day 19: Two wins in a row for Liverpool. After their 1-0 win against Leicester on December 26, the Reds continued their sensational form in the Premier League with a 1-0 victory over Sunderland this Wednesday.
Sunderland made Liverpool doubt themselves for forty-five minutes. 0-0 at half time. Everything was settled in the second period with a saving goal by Belgian forward Christian Benteke in the 46th minute.
Liverpool climbed to 7th place with 30 points from 19 games, tie on points with Manchester United FC.
