Premier League (Week 37) : Crystal Palace beats Stoke City 2-1
ENGLAND, May. 7, 2016 (AMP) — Premier League / Match day 37: After losing 2-0 to Manchester United on April 30 and 1-0 to Newcastle on April 30, the Eagles returned to winning ways with a 2-1 victory over Stoke City this Saturday.
Dwight Gayle scored dual goals
Stoke City had started off well by taking the lead in the 26th minute with a goal by midfielder Charlie Adam. Trailing 1-0 at half time, the Eagles nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring twice in the second period (Gayle '47, '68).
Stoke City remains in 10th place with 48 points from 37 games, tie on points with Chelsea, which has a game in hand.
