Premier League (Week 37) : Swansea defeats West Ham 4-1

ENGLAND, May. 7, 2016 (AMP) — Premier League / Match day 37: Two wins in a row for Swansea. After their 3-1 win against Liverpool on May 1, Swansea continued their sensational form in the Premier League with a 4-1 victory over West Ham this Saturday.

Swansea dominated the first half thanks to goals from Routledge ('25) and Ayew ('31). Leading 2-0 at the break, Swansea players further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Ki Sung-yueng '51 and Gomis Bafetimbi '90).

West Ham United remains in 7th place with 56 points from 35 games, one point behind Southampton.
