Premier League (Week 37) : Southampton defeats Tottenham 2-1
ENGLAND, May. 8, 2016 (AMP) — Premier League / Match day 37: After two straigth draws against West Brom and Chelsea, the Spurs lost 2-1 against Southampton.
Steven Davis scored dual goals
Tottenham forward Son Heung-min opened the score in the 16th minute, before seeing Southampton catch up in the 31st minute thanks to Steven Davis. 1-1 at half time. The Saints eventually won the game in the second period with with another goal by Davis in the 72nd minute.
Tottenham Hotspur remains in second place with 70 points from 37 games, 10 points behind Leicester City.
