Premier League (Week 37) : Liverpool beats Watford 2-0
ENGLAND, May. 8, 2016 (AMP) — Premier League / Match day 37: After losing 3-1 to Swansea on May 1, the Reds bounced back with a 2-0 victory over Watford this Sunday.
Liverpool dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Welsh midfielder Joe Allen in the 36th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Reds further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Firmino Roberto in the 76th minute.
Liverpool climbed to 7th place with 58 points from 36 games, 2 points behind Southampton.
