Premier League (Week 9) : Man City and Southampton play to a 1-1 draw

ENGLAND, Oct. 23, 2016 (AMP) — Premier League / Match day 9: Manchester City was held to a 1-1 draw by Southampton on Sunday.

Southampton players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Southampton midfielder Nathan Redmond in the 27th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Manchester City with a saving goal from Iheanacho Kelechi in the 55th minute.

Manchester City FC remains in first place with 20 points from 9 games, tie on points with runner-up Arsenal.
