Premier League (Week 18) : Watford draw 1-1 with Crystal Palace
ENGLAND, Dec. 26, 2016 (AMP) — Premier League / Match day 18: The match between Watford and Crystal Palace ended in a 1-1 draw on Monday.
Crystal Palace players started off well by taking the lead thanks to French midfielder Yohan Cabaye in the 26th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Watford with a saving goal from Watford forward Troy Deeney on penalty in the 71st minute.
Watford FC climbed to 10th place with 22 points from 18 games, only one point behind Everton, which has a game in hand.
