Primeira Liga (Week 4) : Braga beats Boavista 3-0
PORTUGAL, Sep. 11, 2016 (AMP) — Primeira Liga / Match day 4: Two wins in a row for Braga. After their 1-3 win against Estoril on August 27, the Arcebispos continued their sensational form in the Primeira Liga with a 3-0 victory over Boavista this Sunday.
Braga dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Egyptian forward Hassan Ahmed in the 29th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Arcebispos further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Santos Pedro '62/penalty and Eduardo Wilson '68).
SG Braga climbed to second place with 10 points from 4 games, 2 points behind Sporting Clube de Portugal.
