PORTUGAL, Feb. 19, 2017 (AMP) — Primeira Liga / Match day 22: Three wins in a row for Benfica. After their success against Nacional and Arouca, the Eagles continued their sensational form in the Primeira Liga with a 1-0 victory over Braga this Sunday.
45 minutes of play and neither Benfica nor Braga have managed to pull ahead. 0-0 at half time. Everything was decided in the second period with a saving goal by Mitroglou Kostas with just 10 minutes remaining in regulation time.
SL Benfica remains in first place with 54 points from 22 games, one point ahead of runner-up FC Porto.
