Primeira Liga (Week 26) : Feirense beats Chaves 3-2
PORTUGAL, Mar. 19, 2017 (AMP) — Primeira Liga / Match day 26: Two wins in a row for Feirense. After their 1-2 win against Vitoria Setubal on March 11, the Fogaceiros continued their sensational form in the Primeira Liga with a 3-2 victory over Chaves this Sunday.
Chaves had started off well by taking the lead in the 44th minute with a goal by Belarusian midfielder Bressan Renan. Trailing 1-0 at half time, the Fogaceiros nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring three times in the second period (Silva Tiago '54, Machado Luis '56 and Etebo Oghenekaro '81).
GD Chaves remains in 9th place with 33 points from 26 games, one point behind Boavista FC.
