Primeira Liga (Week 27) : Feirense beats Belenenses 2-1
PORTUGAL, Apr. 2, 2017 (AMP) — Primeira Liga / Match day 27: Three wins in a row for Feirense. After their success against Vitoria Setubal and Chaves, the Fogaceiros continued their sensational form in the Primeira Liga with a 2-1 victory over Belenenses this Sunday.
Belenenses had started off well by taking the lead in the 17th minute with a goal by Spanish forward Ortuno Juanto. Trailing 1-0 at half time, the Fogaceiros nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring twice in the second period (Paraiba Edson '68 and Etebo Oghenekaro '89 on penalty).
CD Feirense climbed to 9th place with 35 points from 27 games, only one point behind GD Chaves.
