PORTUGAL, Apr. 22, 2017 (AMP) — Primeira Liga / Match day 30: Two wins in a row for Tondela. After their 2-1 win against Rio Ave on April 15, the Auriverdes continued their sensational form in the Primeira Liga with a 2-0 victory over Nacional this Saturday.
Both teams held off against each other during the first 45 minutes of the game. 0-0 at half time. Everything was settled in the second period with goals by Araujo Jailson ('63 on penalty) and Osorio Yordan ('76).
CD Tondela climbed to 17th place with 23 points from 30 games, only one point behind Moreirense FC, which has a game in hand.
