Primeira Liga (Week 32) : Estoril beats Chaves 2-1
PORTUGAL, May. 8, 2017 (AMP) — Primeira Liga / Match day 32: After losing 2-1 to Benfica on April 29, the Canaries bounced back with a 2-1 victory over Chaves this Monday.
Chaves had started off well by taking the lead in the 23rd minute with a goal by Belarusian midfielder Bressan Renan. Trailing 1-0 at half time, the Canaries nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring twice in the second period (Claro Andre '72 and Mattheus Oliveira '87).
GD Chaves remains in 10th place with 37 points from 32 games, 2 points behind Boavista FC.
