Primeira Liga (Week 7) : Porto beats Portimonense 5-2

PORTUGAL, Sep. 22, 2017 (AMP) — Primeira Liga / Match day 7: 7 wins in a row for Porto. After their success against Estoril, Tondela, Moreirense, Braga, Chaves and Rio Ave, the Dragons continued their sensational form in the Primeira Liga with a 5-2 victory over Portimonense this Friday.

Porto dominated the first half thanks to goals from Marcano Ivan ('20), Aboubakar Vincent ('22) and Marega Moussa ('25). Leading 3-1 at the break, the Dragons further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Brahimi '50 and Brahimi Yacine '67).

FC Porto remains in first place with 21 points from 7 games, a 3-point lead over runner-up Sporting Clube de Portugal, which has a game in hand.
