Primeira Liga (Week 7) : Moreirense and Sporting tied at 1-1
PORTUGAL, Sep. 23, 2017 (AMP) — Primeira Liga / Match day 7: Sporting Lisbon was held to a 1-1 draw by Moreirense on Saturday.
Moreirense players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Costa Rafael in the 43rd minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Sporting Lisbon with a saving goal from Aberhoune Mohamed into his own net in the 61st minute.
Sporting Clube de Portugal remains in second place with 19 points from 7 games, 2 points behind FC Porto.
