Segunda division (Week 10) : Santander draw 1-1 with Alavés
SPAIN, Oct. 25, 2014 (AMP) — Segunda division / Match day 10: The match between Racing Santander and Alavés ended in a 1-1 draw on Saturday.
Racing Santander players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Soria in the 37th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Alavés with a saving goal from Barreiro in the 88th minute.
Deportivo Alavés climbed to 10th place with 13 points from 10 games, only one point behind Real Betis, which has a game in hand.
