Segunda division (Week 10) : Ponferradina and Las Palmas play out 2-2 draw
SPAIN, Oct. 25, 2014 (AMP) — Segunda division / Match day 10: The match between Las Palmas and Ponferradina ended in a frustrating 2-2 draw on Saturday.
Ponferradina players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Andy in the 37th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, and despite Acoran goal ('69) in the second period, they could not prevent a comeback by Las Palmas with goals by Araujo ('59) and Aleman ('80).
UD Las Palmas remains in second place with 19 points from 10 games, one point behind Girona FC, which has a game in hand.
