Segunda division (Week 9) : Zaragoza beats Santander 2-1
SPAIN, Oct. 18, 2014 (AMP) — Segunda division / Match day 9: After their 3-3 draw against Lugo on October 12, Los Blanquillos bounced back with a 2-1 victory over Racing Santander this Saturday.
Borja opened the score in the 4th minute, before seeing Racing Santander catch up in the 37th minute thanks to Kone. 1-1 at half time. Los Blanquillos eventually won the game in the second period with with a goal by Jaime in stoppage time.
Real Zaragoza climbed to fifth place with 16 points from 9 games, tie on points with SD Ponferradina.
