Segunda division (Week 18) : Leganés beats Recreativo 2-0
SPAIN, Dec. 21, 2014 (AMP) — Segunda division / Match day 18: Two wins in a row for Leganés. After their 1-2 win against Sabadell on December 14, Los Pepineros continued their sensational form in the Segunda division with a 2-0 victory over Recreativo this Sunday.
Leganés dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Velasco in the 33rd minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Los Pepineros further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Eraso in the 52nd minute.
CD Leganés climbed to 11st place with 23 points from 18 games, only one point behind CD Numancia.
