Segunda division (Week 18) : Betis beats Santander 2-0
SPAIN, Dec. 21, 2014 (AMP) — Segunda division / Match day 18: Four wins in a row for Real Betis. After their success against Llagostera, Mallorca and Lugo, Los Beticos continued their sensational form in the Segunda division with a 2-0 victory over Racing Santander this Sunday.
Real Betis dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Ceballos in the 3rd minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Los Beticos further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Molina in stoppage time.
Real Betis climbed to third place with 33 points from 18 games, tie on points with Real Sporting de Gijon, which has a game in hand.
